Orders
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we verify by calling you before dispatch
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
You can request a cancellation or modification before it is shipped, which is within 12 hours by contacting us via WhatsApp only.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Online payments are handled securely via Razorpay or PhonePe.
Is there any extra charge for Cash on Delivery?
No, we do not charge any additional fee for COD orders.

Shipping & Delivery

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We have a 5-day return policy. Only if the product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging and an unboxing video is provided as proof.
Can I exchange a product?
We allow exchanges only for wrong or damaged on arrival on eligible products only. Please contact us with the unboxing video and details.
When will I get my refund?
- For online orders, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For COD orders, refunds will be processed via UPI to your bank account within 7 to 15 business days.
