How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we verify by calling you before dispatch

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

You can request a cancellation or modification before it is shipped, which is within 12 hours by contacting us via WhatsApp only.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We have a 5-day return policy. Only if the product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging and an unboxing video is provided as proof.

Can I exchange a product?

We allow exchanges only for wrong or damaged on arrival on eligible products only. Please contact us with the unboxing video and details.

When will I get my refund?

  • For online orders, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via UPI to your bank account within 7 to 15 business days.
